Business Center
A special in-house Business Centre will be in the Pavilion where companies, organizations and entrepreneurs can host meetings, recepeptions and small conferences. The basic concept of the Centre is the same as that of the Pavilion, to transfer the visitor from the bustle of every day Shanghai into a peaceful meeting place where visitors can concentrate on the issues at hand. The Centre will also be a great gathering place for Team-Building Exercises for firms that want to combine a special Iceland related event with a trip to the World Expo Park.
The Centre holds up to 30 visitors and offers state of the art technology and meeting facilities. A dedicated member of staff will be on-site to guarantee that every detail involved in each meeting event is carefully thought of. Different sorts of catering facilities will be available while Icelandic water, courtesy of our sponsor Iceland Spring, will be served ice cold every day.
Sponsors, partners, members of IBF, MII and ÍKV and general applicants can apply to hold meetings in the Business Centre with order of priority given in the same order respectively.
